Blueberry Milk

Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar or coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 3 cups almond milk unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Cook the Blueberries
- Combine blueberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often, until the mixture thickens slightly.2 cups blueberries, ⅓ cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons water
Strain the Mixture
- Pour the cooked blueberries through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl or measuring cup. Use the back of a spoon to press the berries and extract all the juices. Discard the solids.
Mix with Milk
