Here’s Your Grocery List For 7 Up Biscuits

You only need 4 ingredients to make these fluffy biscuits!

A 2-liter bottle of 7UP Zero Sugar is placed next to a stick of salted butter, a bowl of white powder (likely flour), and a bowl of white solid ingredient (possibly shortening) on a white surface.
  • Butter: Make sure your butter is melted but not too hot so it blends smoothly into the dough for soft, fluffy biscuits.
  • Bisquick Baking Mix: This is the base for the dough, which contains all-purpose flour and a leavening agent. Just make sure to stir it well with the sour cream and soda. If you don’t have Bisquick, any regular biscuit mix will work.
  • Sour Cream: Use full-fat sour cream for the best texture. Keep it chilled so the dough stays cool for fluffier biscuits.
  • 7 Up: The cold soda gives these biscuits a nice lift. Feel free to use any lemon lime soda if you’re out of 7 Up!

  1. Those look wonderful. On a side note, I see your pan that you baked yours in looks like a piece of Maribo make by Dansk. Can you bake them in a glass pan? I’d love it if that would work.

    1. Mechelle, I have had the dish I baked these 7 Up biscuits in for over 10 years. It’s an American Atelier vintage collection stoneware, dishwasher and oven safe. I think I got it at TJ Maxx. I looked online and they do not sell this style anymore. That’s why I recommended in the post a different pie dish. I love the white but most of all the handles are my favorite part.
