Ingredients
2cupsoat milk
3tablespoonsmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
¼teaspooncinnamonplus extra for topping
2shots espresso
Instructions
In a small pot, mix oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Heat over medium until very hot, but not boiling. Alternatively, microwave for about 1 minute until steaming.
Pour the warmed milk mixture into two mugs. Add one shot of espresso to each mug and stir gently.

Notes
Swap freshly ground coffee beans for strong brewed coffee if you don't have an espresso machine. Simply brew your coffee a bit stronger than usual, and it will mimic the espresso's robust flavor.
