Cut pineapple into chunks if needed, and cut banana in half. Add to blender.
Add the milk, yogurt, ice cubes, and honey (if using).
Cover and blend until completely smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed. If the smoothie is too thick to blend, add a splash of milk or water to loosen and blend again.
Divide between two glasses and serve, garnished with fresh fruit if desired.
