Hi, I’m Megan Myers, and I’m the creator behind Simply Breakfast Recipes!
I am a huge fan of breakfast—in fact, I was the breakfast editor of Food Fanatic for years. When the opportunity to take over Simply Breakfast Recipes came up, I jumped!
The very first recipe I remember learning how to make was blueberry muffins from the old Betty Crocker binder cookbook. From then on I was hooked, and all these years later I’m now sharing my favorite breakfast dishes with you.
I have a degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota and have worked as a copyeditor, magazine editor, and food marketing writer. After a 15-year stint in Texas, my family moved back north to Bloomington, Illinois, where we live with our two sons, two cats, and a dog.
